How To Move Mouse Pointer Using Keyboard

If suppost, some times your mouse stops working and your current application that you want to use does not support keyboard navigation, in such a situation you are left with no choice but to make use of Micrsoft Windows built-in MouseKeys utility to control mouse pointer using your keyboard.  It is very easy and cute option from this option  onc can move the mouse pointer using the keyboard help.

Hear are the setps:

  1. Go to start –>  Settings  –> Control panel
  2. In the Control panel choose  Accessibility Options
  3. Select Mouse tab
  4. Check the Use Mouse Keys optionstr mousekeys
  5. After activating MouseKeys, make sure that the NumLock is on.
  6. Click on Settings button for other controls
  7. Now using the Numeric keypad, you can move your mouse pointer
  8. Except key 5, remaining keys are using for mouse moving purpose. I mean remaining keys are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9
  9. Hear mouse click button is key 5
  10. Insert key for mouse hold button and  ” + ” for double click
  11. To release mouse press Delete button
  12. If you want to disable this feature just click on NumLock

Note:

  • You can also access the Accessibility options with Run command.
  • start –>  Run –> access.cpl –> press Ok
  • But remember friends! this may or may not work in the Other than windows, and Hacked versions of Windows operating systems.
