Tamper data plugin from Firefox is created to be an effective tool to view and modify HTTP/HTTPS headers and post parameters. This addon trace and time http response/requests. Security test Web applications by modifying POST parameters. Currently this is available for free of cost to download i think may be they fix the price in future by adding some more features because the tamper data haveing that importance. Because of tamper data plugin one can change the online games scores. but i am going to tell about to change our own data in our own blogs and websites.
I will tell you how to start with this tamper data & steps :
- Remember, tamper data plugin compatible only with Firefox
- And all Firefox versions will not supports the tamper data
- Its not a problem i will give you the full details about it

- So consider tamper_data-10.1.0-fx.xpi and it is 100% compatible with Firefox 3.0
- so install that in Firefox 3.0
- Now restart the Firefox then you can visit this as
Tools –> Tamper Data - So you installed it successfully
- Now how to use that Tamper data plugin ?
- If you want to change any online game scores then just open your games website, there in your profile we can find your personal details along with your game scores
- Now if you want to change your score then just goto –> Tools on top as shown — > click on Tamper data — > it opens
- Now click on Start Temper, once it starts go to your website and under your profile details just click on submit button or save button what ever is there.
- Actually when you press save or submit button the data will save on their server but hear we already on the Tamper data so before save our profile information on their server the Tamper data will stops and ask you can i submit or want to temper,
- Press on temper button then you can change your details and every thing finally press button submit through end of the process. that all you done !

it will works for sure.., but now a days tamper data not working perfectly
In fact the site admin’s also using the different algorithm to over come this

Is there anyway to tamper the incoming response before handling to the browser or javascript(ajax)??
Few days back tamper data was just like a simple hack.., but now a days all are using anti tampers
so i don’t think this plug-in works fine on any official sites.
And i am sure about this.
