Paypal users in india were again facing problems regarding redemption of personal payments, local banks where withdrawal is working well. but a new problem has arisen, which is the latest fee structure specially designed for Indian users. If you have Paypal account in india then you have to pay a fee to receive payments on your personal account. In fact this is the case in premier accounts only now they have changed the structure and having received huge fees included payments.

As seen above in comparison, are paid section is free for “personal accounts”, the users, but now in the new structure, PayPal is having a rate of 3.9% + $ 0.30 USD from any account . That means you have to pay transaction costs to receive payments. These changes came after RBI policy changes and the Government of India restriction on the PayPal transaction. Any updates PayPal, India is waiting for the new transaction fee structure, but you have to change its service charges to reduce the effect of this new structure.
