PayPal Notification On Reversed Transaction

PayPal stopped allowing personal payments sent to and from India.  Do you know the fact behind this, actually they begun to reverse some transactions those are already completed, that were essentially gifts, gifts or any other personal payment.  Most of the merchants and other online business people in india are suffering from this, in fact me too one guy in those.

You know what, today i got one mail from papal, when ever i tried to sell my strPRo Plus theme.

Hello strGraphics,

Your payment of XXX has been sent back to the sender of the payment.

We reversed this payment because we have stopped allowing personal payments to be sent to or from India.

If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, and not a personal payment, then you may contact the buyer and have him or her resend the payment as follows: (a) click the Send Money tab, (b) select “Goods,” and (c) provide a shipping address.

If this payment was a personal payment such as a gift, then we have requested that the sender find another payment method until we restore personal payments to and from India.

We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we’re sorry for any inconvenience.

Despite of my phone call to the paypal team they said,

We are currently experiencing a problem processing wire transfers to bank accounts in India. I sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. As a result there may be some delays in withdrawals and deposits at random. We are doing everything possible to process your withdrawal as soon as possible, however, we have no specific timetable for share at this time.

Our technicians are working to resolve this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

But Dear Paypal,

I dont think this is the better way that you are treat with your customersfinancial transactions. Just ensure whats the exact issues related to payment reversal. regarding
