The worst ever n/w i have come across. I have used Aircel, BSNL, Airtel and Vodafone. This is the worst in terms of n/w and customer care. When u call to Some one in between it freaks and it displays connection error, network busy and the call gets disconnected. Also when i face some issues and will call to customer care they will say that we will take a complaint and take down the complaint no, also they will add that this issue will be resolved in so & so date and so & so time. After that nothing will happen. They will never ever come back with a resolution. If you again call them then they will say that we will take a complaint regarding this issue and if we ask what happened to the complaint that i have already logged in ? the answer is… sir since the resolution date is passed so we will take a new complaint and they will say the same thing…..

From my experience i am scribbling these… Better stay away from this until they resolve all the issues…
